Founder

Brent Nicholls founded Kestrel Path with a singular mission: to help his network unlock sales capability and accelerate revenue growth. For over two decades, he has helped leaders, teams, and individuals achieve this goal, coaching them toward sales success at every level- from C-suite executives transforming their sales force, to sales leaders aiming to level up their teams and individual contributors driven to be their best.

His career has seen him help startups, scale-ups, and global corporations like Google achieve unprecedented growth. A five-time President’s Club winner, Brent played a role in scaling News Corp’s digital offering from $1M to $70M ARR in just four years before moving on to Google, where he was known for building powerful commercial and tech partnerships that drove immense growth for his partners.

With a formal background in psychological science from Swinburne University, Brent brings a unique, research-backed yet people-focused approach to helping his clients. His area of focus is psychometric scales, and is an accredited facilitator for tools such as TRACOM Social Styles and DISC.
